Research & Writing

The History Workroom LLP conducts quality research into the histories of corporations, institutions, schools, communities and even individuals who wish to trace their pasts.

We will

  • develop a tailor-made research proposal and strategy relevant to your project;
  • assess and select relevant sources to consult, including but not limited to materials supplied by the clients, archival records, published sources, oral interviews and photographs;
  • compile all relevant documents according to client specifications; and
  • write reports, stories, articles, captions based on the research for publication or exhibition.

We also

  • Proofread – your written work is checked for typos, punctuations, spelling and grammar.
  • Edit – your written work is edited for language expression, structure, coherence and appropriate writing style.
  • Copywrite – exhibition texts, corporate and business literature.
